Landini, increasingly more efficient tractor ranges thanks to new Turbo-Aftercooler Perkins engines

The Landini tractor ranges are becoming increasingly more performing. As from 2010 new 4-cylinder Turbo Aftercooler Perkins engines have been cut into production as standard specs on many product ranges and, in particular, on Powermondial, Powerfarm, 5-H and Rex Series, whose turbocharged and naturally aspirated versions have been flanked or, in some cases, replaced by models being propelled by new engines.
The presence of the Aftercooler makes these engines highly peculiar since this unit cools the air previously compressed and then overheated by the turbocharger, hence increasing its density, the result being a high volumetric efficiency which positively affects the overall performance, by improving deliveries without increasing consumptions.
Technologically in the forefront, the new turbo-aftercooler Perkins engines do also feature a very silent operation and thanks to their innovative design and their modern technical conception they ensure a notable second-hand value.
